Kids are not fans of vegetables…

kids will be reluctant to try the Ash Plantain curry if they are not familiar with the vegetable.

But with all the benefits of vitamin A and fiber, I would encourage you to add the Ash plantain curry into your lunch menu at least twice or thrice a month.

This way the young ones in the family can familiarize themselves and grow to love certain healthy vegetables like the ash plantain.

The difference between Plantain and bananas?

This might come as a surprise to some but there is a difference between bananas and plantains.

While bananas have a sweeter taste and make perfect snacks plantains are less sweeter and can’t be consumed raw as you would do with a banana.

Thick-skinned and much starchier than bananas, plantains need to be cooked to eat.
