4 large tomatoes
4 large onions
5 green chillies
1 medium-sized paprika
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of sugar

Method
How to roast red peppers/bell peppers over the stove.
Fire up the stove and reduced the heat to low. using a heat-resistant tong place the bell pepper over the fire.
Gently roast the red pepper until the outer skin blisters and chars.
To evenly roast the paprika on all sides, use the tong to turn the paprika over the low flame.
Once all sides are done, leave it to cool and then place the charred paprika on a plate, cut the stem off and remove the blistered skin by gently running your fingers over the charred outer skin.
Once this is done, chop the paprika into smaller pieces.

Chop the onions and green chillies into smaller pieces.
Into a bowl add the chopped bell pepper, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, red chillie flakes.
Pour in the lime juice, season with salt and sugar(1 tsp)and combine well.
Let it rest for 10 minutes and serve.
