How to make masala omelette
Chop the onions, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Into a medium-sized bowl, break the eggs and whisk them for 15 seconds.
To the beaten eggs, add the finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chillies. Combine well.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and curry powder. Combine well with a fork.
Season well with salt. Finally, add the chopped coriander leaves and continue to mix with a fork until all the spices are combined with the egg mixture.
Set aside.

Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in the oil. Heat the pan for 10 seconds.
Beat the omelette mixture and pour in the mixture gently and spread it by tilting the frying pan around, with care.
