Easy air fryer hot dogs, the easiest and quickest way to feed a few hungry mouths are making these air fryer hot dogs.

Cook the sausages and toast the buns using your air fryer.

Load them with your favorite topping and sauces and you can have a quick meal in a hurry.

How to cook hot dogs in an air fryer

Please make sure to read the recipe instructions carefully to avoid mistakes.

Ingredients.

The ingredients mentioned below use standard measuring cups and spoons.

500g of chicken or beef sausages

Hot dog buns as needed

Butter as needed

Ketchup sauce

Mustard

Cheese sauce

Method

For demonstration purposes, I am using just 2 sausages to make the air fryer hot dogs. you can use as many as you want.

You can air fry about 5-7 sausages depending on the capacity of your air fryer.

Defrost your frozen pack of sausages by placing it in a bowl of water for 10 minutes.

Remove the sausages from the pack and pat them dry.

Make a few cuts along the sausages and place them in your air fryer.

Air fry them at 190C(374)for 5 minutes.

Slice your hot dog buns and slather a little butter and mustard, place the sausage in the hot dog.

At this point, you can air fry the hot dog for a minute or 2 to make the bun warm and toasty.

Or simply add some ketchup, cheese sauce, and serve.
