All you need to keep in mind is to balance the coffee flavor with the highly concentrated sweetened condensed milk.

3/4 cup of your preferred instant coffee
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon(taste and another 1/4 teaspoon for a stronger cinnamon taste)
3 cups cold water
1 can of sweetened condensed milk(small)
Method
In a small bowl or cup combine instant coffee(3/4cup) and cinnamon(1/2tsp).
Pour water(3 cups) to a pan and gradually heat the water, 3 minutes into heating the water, add the instant coffee-cinnamon mixture.
Maintain low-medium heat to avoid the coffee brew boiling. continue to brew for 5 minutes.
Once the coffee is done, strain the coffee twice to remove most of the cinnamon granules.
Let the strained coffee cool down for 15-20 minutes.
Pour in the condensed milk into a pitcher and then add the warm coffee to it.
Stir and mix both the coffee and condensed milk.
Place in the refrigerator to chill.

Add ice cubes to tall glasses, stir the chilled ice coffee, pour over the ice cubes and serve.
